A tribute to Trina Shart Hyman, strips of pastel silks of varied widths are joined to make custom fabric for a boned bodice. The bodice pieces are cut on the bias for a herringbone pattern, assembled into the bodice and then quilted. The center panel is embroidered by hand as well.

The silk taffeta skirt is cartridge-pleated and the chapel-length veil is of silk illusion.
